Consider for approval to:

1. Replace the clock on the corner of the building with a sign installed at a 45-degree angle;

2. Install a glass awning on the front elevation;

3. Install fabric awnings on the Station Avenue side of the building; and

4. Alter the Lancaster Avenue-facing ramp to the main entrance to include a waiting area elevated from the sidewalk.

On November 8, 2017, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval, based on Standards 9 and 10, to:

1. Install a glass awning on the front elevation;

2. Install fabric awnings on the Station Avenue side of the building

In addition, details for fasteners for all elements attaching to the limestone façade of the building shall be provided.
