ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE PROPOSED ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 145, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC - PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON CRICKET AVENUE AND BARRETT AVENUE
Consider for approval authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 145 thereof, entitled Vehicles And Traffic, Article XV, Schedules, Section 145-115, Schedule XV: “Parking Prohibited At All Times” by adding a No Parking Any Time regulation on the west side of Cricket Avenue from a point 130 Feet north of Spring Avenue north for 16 feet.
