Consider for approval to install solar panels on the side elevation of a residence, on the upper slope of a gambrel roof.  On February 12, 2020, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application as submitted subject to the solar panels not being higher than 9 inches above the roof surface, with a subcommittee to review details.
