Consider for approval to modify a stone commercial structure to more closely match its historic appearance, including constructing a pent roof and arched doorway at the storefront level and replacing glass blocks with windows on the side elevation.  On February 12, 2020, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application, with a subcommittee to review additional details and revisions to the design.
