Consider for approval authorizing the Township Manager to enter into a contract with TRIAD Associates Inc. for technical consulting services and assistance in preparing HUD required reports, including the FY2020-FY2024 Five Year Consolidated Plan and three annually required reports for Federal funding; the one-year Action Plan, the Environmental Review Report and the Comprehensive Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).
