Consider for approval the 2020 – 2025 Capital Improvement Plan, as presented to the Board of Commissioners on November 13, 2019, and including the correction of a typographical error on Project #4245 Energy Savings Program on page 35 by changing the 2020 appropriation from $300,000 to $3,000,000, and amendments recommended for approval by the Finance Committee on December 4, 2019.
