Consider for approval to make alterations to the site and building to improve drainage. Work will involve the following:

a.  Widening an existing under-grade areaway, creating a new retaining wall below grade with a railing at ground level;

b.  On the building façade below grade, several double and single windows will be replaced with double and single doors matching existing materials and designs and retaining existing opening widths, brickwork and details.

On December 11, 2019, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application, with further details and elevations to be reviewed by a subcommittee of the Historical Commission.
