Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to install halo-lit letter signage at the top of two limestone facades of the storefront at the corner of Anderson and Montgomery Avenues.

On November 25, 2019, the Historical Commission recommended approval of the application.

The Historical Commission requested that the applicant consider the following suggestions:

1. The wording shall be centered on each façade and between the tops of the decorative panels;
2. Fasteners and anchors should be non-corrosive with product information to be submitted to staff for approval;
3. The Commission prefers non-internally lit signage as per the previous signage.
