ITEM:  TABLED - AMENDMENT PLAN - 1400 Mill Creek Road, Gladwyne, Barkers Mill, Ward 2

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners denial of an Amendment to the following condition of approval to allow the Final Plan to be recorded by May 16, 2020. The condition was imposed on a proposal to convert the two existing mill buildings on the site into condominiums and construct a new condominium building for a total of 33 new residential units.

 

A.  The Final Plan, complying with all applicable requirements, shall be filed with the Department of Building and Planning within twelve (12) months from the date of the Preliminary Plan approval.
