Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners extending and updating the existing agreement with Main Line Health (MLH) for the Gerhard Building on the Bryn Mawr Hospital campus at 130 S. Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bryn Mawr for another 10 years including added language to better clarify the ability to make changes to the Gerhard Building but not allowing any additions or exterior renovations that would obstruct or cover any portion of the Gerhard Building that can be seen from a public way.
