Consider for approval to install new signage on the façade and replace the sign faces of an existing freestanding double-sided illuminated box.  On November 6, 2019, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval, with the background to extend to the width of the window opening below, citing Secretary of the Interior's Standards 9 and 10.
