ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE PROPOSED ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 145, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC - PARKING RESTRICTIONS - W. PRINCETON ROAD; GREAT SPRINGS ROAD; LLANFAIR ROAD; OLD LANCASTER ROAD
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 145 thereof, entitled Vehicles And Traffic, Article XV, Schedules, by imposing a “Stopping Or Standing Prohibited” restriction on the south side of W. Princeton Road from Bryn Mawr Avenue east the distance of 60 feet; by imposing a parking time limited restriction on both sides of Great Springs Road from N. Ithan Avenue south for 546 feet; and on both sides of Llanfair Road from 152 feet west of Kent Road to Pembroke Road; and by imposing a parking prohibited at all times restriction on the east side of Old Lancaster Road from Montgomery Avenue to Regency Circle.
