Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners award of a contract for Mill Creek Pump Station Grit System Upgrade to the following low bidder in accordance with bids received on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time and the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer with the approval of the Director of Public Works and the Township Engineer:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Funds are available through the Capital Projects Fund – Grit Removal System Replacement Project #4744.  The construction estimate for this project was $370,000.  This bid award is $110,824 or 30% more than the construction budget.
