Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners award of a contract for St Asaphs Road Sidewalk Expansion to the following low bidder in accordance with bids received on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time and the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer with the approval of the Director of Public Works and the Township Engineer:

Funds are available through the Capital Projects Fund – Traffic Network Evaluation Project #4236.  The construction estimate for this project was $40,000-$50,000.  This bid award is $3,657 or 1% less than the low-end range of the construction budget.
