Consider for approval to construct a walk-in cooler for the school’s kitchen that would be attached to the rear of the historic structure and to install screening for a new HVAC system that would directly impact the historic building.  On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application as presented, with additional architectural elevations, details, and a dimensioned plan to be reviewed by a subcommittee.
