Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to reconfigure the building facade, repair the cornice, and install a vertical rain screen on a portion of the facade of 8 and 10 Anderson Avenue.

On June 4, 2019, the HARB recommended approval of the application, citing Secretary of the Interior’s Standards 2 and 10. The applicant shall work towards the restoration of the cornice and associated details to match or resemble the original materials, in keeping with the spirit of the decorative elements that still exist as well as those that are no longer present.
