The Board of Commissioners will nominate candidates for the position of Ward 5 Commissioner and will adopt a Resolution electing the Ward 5 Commissioner.
RESOLUTION
RESOLVED that, pursuant to Article V § 530 of the First Class Township Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, ________________ is hereby declared to have been duly appointed as the Ward 5 Commissioner of the Township of Lower Merion at a stated meeting of the Board of Commissioners held February 20, 2019. |
