Consider for adoption a resolution authorizing the President of the Board of Commissioners, the Township Manager, the Director of Public Works and the Assistant Director of Public Works to sign intergovernmental agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED, by authority of and in accordance with the prevailing policies of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, that the President of the Board of Commissioners, the Township Manager, the Director of Public Works, and the Assistant Director of Public Works, be authorized and directed to sign any PennDOT document on its behalf, including agreements through the electronic Engineering and Construction Management System (ECMS).
