ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE PROPOSED ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 145, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC - HAMPSTEAD ROAD PARKING RESTRICTION
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 145 thereof, entitled Vehicles And Traffic, Article XV, Schedules, §145-118, Schedule XVIII: Parking Time Limited, by establishing a 2-hour parking limitation between the hours of 6:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. except Saturday and Sunday on the west side of Hampstead Road from Trent Road to Henley Road.
