An Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 155, entitled Zoning, Article XXXIII, ROHO Rock Hill Overlay District §155-201, Use Provisions to require nonresidential/commercial uses on the ground level of any new building in the district.
This Ordinance was authorized for advertisement at a stated meeting of the Board of Commissioners held December 19, 2018 and duly advertised in the December 30, 2018 and January 6, 2019 editions of the Main Line Times & Suburban. |
