An Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 145 thereof, entitled Vehicles And Traffic, Article XV, Schedules, Section 145-115, Schedule XV: “Parking Prohibited At All Times” by rescinding the no parking zones on the east side of Ithan Avenue, North from Heatherwood Road south for 500 feet and on the west side of Ithan Avenue, North from Old Gulph Road to 760 Feet south of Heatherwood Road, and by establishing a no parking zone on both sides of Ithan Avenue, North from Old Gulph Road to Heatherwood Road.

This Ordinance was authorized for advertisement at a stated meeting of the Board of Commissioners held November 19, 2018 and duly advertised in the January 6, 2019 edition of the Main Line Times & Suburban.
