An Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 5, Administrative Code to provide that interest on all municipal claims filed after January 1, 1982, including claims for failure to pay solid waste fees, shall be added at the rate of 10% at the time of collection and run from the time of filing a municipal claim therefore; and removing inconsistent provisions in Chapter 82.

This Ordinance was authorized for advertisement at a stated meeting of the Board of Commissioners held December 19, 2018 and duly advertised in the January 6, 2019 edition of the Main Line Times & Suburban.
