Consider for adoption a Resolution reappointing three individuals to the City Avenue Special Services District Board of Directors for additional five year terms, such terms to expire on December 31, 2023:

RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, vacancies will exist on the Board of Directors of the City Avenue Special Services District of Philadelphia and Lower Merion, and

WHEREAS, the Articles of Incorporation of the City Avenue Special Services District provide that a Board of Director's seat that is representative of Lower Merion Township be approved by the governing body of the Township of Lower Merion through a resolution of the Board of Commissioners.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Township of Lower Merion hereby reappoint the following individuals to the City Avenue Special Services District Board of Directors:
