Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to construct a small rear addition between the residence and attached garage, and to install new siding, windows, and soffit.

On December 4, 2018, the HARB recommended approval of the application with the following conditions:

1) The windows shall be a Fibrex or Ultrex product;

2) The soffit material shall be either the existing plywood or a composite material such as Azek;

3) All siding shall have a smooth texture rather than an artificial wood grain.
