The HARB noted that the applicant has certain financial constraints that could be considered by the Committee, and that the applicant is exploring the application of external muntins on the windows that would replicate the original appearance.
While the HARB is unable to recommend approval of the application for a variety of reasons, it understands that the Board of Commissioners has the ability to overturn the recommendation. The applicant was unaware of the historic status of their property, regrets the mistake, and has had the work stopped mid-process despite having purchased the windows. |
