Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of a public hearing and intention to adopt an Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter A167, as such fees pertain to Chapters 5, 51, 82, 88, 90, 92, 115, 119, 121, 135, 143, 145, 149, and 155, to provide for the addition of certain fees and the increase in other fees as they relate to the administrative code, alarm systems, garbage and refuse, historic districts, health and sanitation, housing-property maintenance, plumbing, real estate registry, runoff and erosion control, subdivision and land development, uniform construction code, vehicles and traffic, watercourses, and zoning.
