Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners the installation of a vinyl sign wrap on the marquee of the former Ardmore Theatre. The vinyl will have a blue color with yellow lettering. The lettering will be placed on two sides of the round marquee.

13.PROPOSED ORDINANCE - Dedication of Land for Recreation

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an ordinance and hold a public hearing on May 17, 2017 to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 135, Subdivision & Land Development to add and amend criteria for land dedicated for recreational purposes; and to add criteria for the recreation facilities that a developer can construct in lieu of the dedication of land for recreational purposes.

14.PROPOSED ORDINANCE - Landscape Maintenance Guaranty

Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an ordinance and hold a public hearing on May 17, 2017 to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 101, Natural Features Conservation, §101-11,  Site Maintenance and Guaranty, To provide that landscape improvements required for commercial, institutional, townhouse and/or multi-family residential subdivisions and land developments shall be perpetually maintained and guaranteed by a covenant running with the land; To provide that landscape improvements required for all other projects must be guaranteed for a period of eighteen months; To provide for inspection of landscape improvements by the Township Arborist; and To provide minimum fines and penalties for the failure to replace landscape materials as required by the Township Arborist.
