ITEM: APPROVAL OF CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval of the following certificates of appropriateness as recommended by the Historical Architectural Review Board at their meeting held on January 7, 2025:
a) 901 Youngs Ford Road, Gladwyne Historic District, 25-01 – approval to construct a new pool, pool house, and to add a pedestrian door to a previously approved new garage, citing Secretary of the Interior’s Standard 10.
b) 7 East Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore Commercial Historic District, 25-02 – approval to add cellular antennas on the rooftop of the former Merion Title & Trust Co, with a request from HARB to reduce the height of the antennas, citing Secretary of the Interior’s Standards 9 and 10.
c) 17 West Lancaster Avenue, Ardmore Commercial Historic District, 25-03 – approval to repair storefront cladding and install two new signs, citing Secretary of the Interior’s Standards 9 and 10. |
