Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to award a contract for Mill Creek Road S-Bridge Emergency Repairs to the following qualified contractor in accordance with quotes received on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time and the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer with the approval of the Director of Public Works and the Township Engineer:

Funds are available through the Capital Projects Fund (Job Number 4237) – Bridge Maintenance Program.  The budget for this project is $200,000.  The total amount is $351,207 which is $151,207 or 75% more than the budget.
