Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to award a contract for Merion Botanical Park Stepping Stones to the following bidder in accordance with bids received on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time and the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer with the approval of the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Township Engineer:

Funds are available through the Capital Projects Fund (Job Number 4502) – Parks and Recreation Plan Implementation.  The budget for this project is $80,000.  The total bid amount is $69,700 which is $10,300 or 13% less than the budget.
