ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE PROPOSED ORDINANCE – CHAPTER 13, ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL – AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF THE COUNCIL
Consider for approval authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion Chapter 13, Environmental Advisory Council, Section 13-2, Composition, to increase the maximum composition of the Council to nine; alternatively, the Board may appoint two Alternate Members to serve if needed to create a quorum. |
