Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to construct a detached garage adjacent to the historic resource.

On June 22, 2020, the Historical Commission recommended approval of the application citing compliance with Secretary of the Interior's Standards 2, 9, and 10, and subject to:

• elimination of the transom over the entrance door on the west elevation, which was found to be unsympathetic to the character of the adjacent Historic Resource; and

• an option to introduce a 4-light window within the wall immediately to right of the door.
