Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval of modifications made to the storefront window and door system of Pennywise Thrift Shop. 

On June 2, 2020, the HARB recommended that the work be approved, citing Secretary of the Interior's Standards 6 and 9, subject to painting of the clear anodized aluminum surfaces of the window frames and door. 

The property owner replaced this storefront’s window system and main entrance door without HARB review. New windows have a thicker aluminum frame and the original door was replaced with an aluminum and glass door.
