Conduct a hearing and consider recommending to the Board of Commissioners to either grant or deny an appeal of a violation notice ordering the property owner at 736 Woodleave Road, Bryn Mawr to remove the bamboo within 20’ of the adjacent property at 730 Woodleave Road, within 20’ of the right of way, and to remove the bamboo that has trespassed onto the 730 Woodleave Road property as required by Chapter 59.1.A.3 and 59.2, Brush, Grass and Weeds.
