An Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 78, Fire Prevention, to amend, Article VI, Volunteer Service Credit Program, to revise the definitions of Active Volunteer and Emergency Responder, and to extend the program to members of the Narberth Fire Company who reside in the Township of Lower Merion.
This Ordinance was authorized for advertisement at a stated meeting of the Board of Commissioners held March 18, 2020 and duly advertised in the April 5, 2020 edition of the Main Line Times & Suburban. |
