Consider for approval deferring various Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects previously scheduled to proceed in 2020 to 2021 as recommended by Township staff to obviate the need for any transfer from the General Fund (GF) to the CIP as well as reduce the amount of the amount of future borrowing.
