b. replace all third floor windows with Pella Architect Series Enduraclad windows to match existing patterns; and
c. replace two second floor windows with Pella windows to match existing patterns.
On March 11, 2020, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application as submitted citing Secretary of the Interior's Standards 9 and 10. |
