Consider for approval to replace stucco cladding on the exterior of the auditorium stage area with terra cotta panels and an accent band to match the existing appearance.  On March 11, 2020, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application citing Secretary of the Interior's Standards 1, 2, 6, and 9. Staff will review details of new coping materials and a Historical Commission subcommittee will review proposed colors in order to ensure the best match with the adjacent stucco facade.
