Consider for approval to renovate and re-face a portion of the historic home and a non-historic garage.  On March 11, 2020, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the revised plans shown at the meeting, citing Secretary of the Interior's Standards 9 and 10. The applicant shall provide additional details of the gable and windows for staff review.
