Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to:

a. replace a side dormer with a larger dormer;

b. replace all third floor windows with Pella Architect Series Enduraclad windows to match existing patterns; and

c. replace two second floor windows with Pella windows to match existing patterns.

On March 3, 2020, the HARB recommended approval of the application as submitted citing Secretary of the Interior's Standards 9 and 10.
