On February 24, 2020, the Historical Commission recommended approval of the application citing Secretary of the Interior's Standards 1, 2, 6, and 9. Staff will review details of new coping materials and a Historical Commission subcommittee will review proposed colors in order to ensure the best match with the adjacent stucco facade.
