Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners approval to modify a residence by:

a. removing additions and porches;

b. renovating the historic core of the building;

c. adding a new rear addition; and

d. replacing a non-historic garage with a larger garage.

On February 24, 2020, the Historical Commission recommended approval of the application, citing Secretary of the Interior's Standards 9 and 10.
