Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners award of a contract for Hollow Road Sanitary Sewer Force Main Reconstruction to the following low bidder in accordance with bids received on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time and the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer with the approval of the Township Engineer and the Director of Public Works:

Funds are available through the Capital Projects Fund – Hollow Road Sanitary Sewer Force Main Reconstruction Improvements Project #4750.  The construction budget for this project is $1,500,000.  This bid award is $513,000 or 34% less than the construction budget.
