Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners award of a contract for Wynnewood Valley Park & Harriton Park Stream Restoration and Bank Stabilization to the following low bidder in accordance with bids received on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time and the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer with the approval of the Township Engineer, Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Public Works.

Funds are available through the Capital Projects Fund #4652 – Stormwater Facilities Management Project.  The bid amount is $54,551.50 or 6% less than the construction budget of $870,000.
