Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise a Public Hearing and notice of intent to adopt an Ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter A167, Fees, to provide for the creation of certain fees and the increase in certain fees relating to garbage and refuse; and to amend Chapter 82, Garbage and Refuse to clarify what qualifies as a container.
