Consider for approval to enclose a front porch with windows and solid panels, and to re-create a window opening on the rear elevation that had been filled in with stone.  On October 10, 2019, the Building & Planning Committee recommended approval of the application as submitted citing Secretary of the Interior’s Standards 9 and 10.
