Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners award of a contract for Automated Fuel Management System Upgrade to the following low bidder in accordance with bids received on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time and the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer with the approval of the Director of Public Works, Chief Technology Officer and the Township Engineer:

Funds are available through the Equipment Fund.  The budget for this project is $170,000.  This bid award is $100,882.50 or 59% less than the budget.
