Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners award of a contract for Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation to the following low bidder in accordance with bids received on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time and the recommendation of the Chief Financial Officer with the approval of the Director of Public Works and the Township Engineer:

Funds are available through the Manhole Reconstruction Fund (Job #4719).  The construction budget for this project is $100,000.  This bid award is $10,675 or 10.7% less than the construction budget.
