ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE PROPOSED ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 16, HEALTH ADVISORY COUNCIL - POWERS AND DUTIES
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners, authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an ordinance amending the Code of the Township of Lower Merion, Chapter 16, Health Advisory Council, Section 16-5, Powers And Duties, to grant to the Health Advisory Council those additional powers and duties specifically otherwise granted in the Code.
