ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE PROPOSED ORDINANCE - CHAPTER 145, VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC - N. ITHAN AVENUE NO STOPPING OR STANDING
Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners authorizing the Township Secretary to advertise notice of intent to adopt an ordinance to amend the Code of the Township of Lower Merion Chapter 145 Vehicles & Traffic, Section 145-114 Schedule XIV: Stopping or Standing Prohibited on both sides of N. Ithan Avenue from Old Gulph Road to Heatherwood Road; and by removing previously enacted restrictions at the same locations.
